New Project Grand Opening

The Tampa Bay Area continues to see an influx of new development with the opening of a Caliber Collision in Riverview, FL, a nationally recognized Automotive Repair & Paint shop.

CSS had the opportunity to work with Cross Development, LLC to provide Civil Engineering services for multiple stores in Florida, as part of Caliber Collision’s expansion program across 37 states. CSS worked closely with Cross Development from the outset providing land planning and site due diligence, engineering design and working with County reviewers to ensure the site complies with all aspects of the land development code. CSS also provided value engineering in conjunction with Cross Development to bring the project within budget and time frame constrictions. An added challenge for this site was providing a landscape package to meet the Scenic Corridor Overlay requirements by providing additional screening and landscaping buffers, and site design to save existing Grand Oaks.
