A Look Back at 2020

2020

No longer is it just a number or a year; it is now a word (a heavy word) that carries great meaning to everyone.  At CSS, Inc., we recognize the weight of that word and all of us here have felt the effects of it, to be certain.  However, through the rubble that 2020 left in its path, we would be amiss not to acknowledge some of the things that we are thankful and grateful for in a year where nothing has been guaranteed.  They say hindsight is 20/20 (no pun intended) so, with that, we want to take a moment to look back and reflect on our year.

First off, we are grateful for the staff that comprises both of our offices in Tampa, FL and Upstate SC.  Together our two offices have worked as a team to keep projects moving towards completion.  Work looked different this year during shutdowns and stay-at-home orders but, through it all, we were able to stay on track and provide our Clients with the service they deserve, all due to the dedication and work ethic of our staff.

Secondly, we are thankful for the Clients that have pushed forward in development despite the uncertainty of the economy. Seemingly, no industry was able to move through this year unscathed by the pandemic and its effects, but we are thankful that even during this time, our Clients put their trust in CSS, Inc. to deliver the best service possible for them. We are fortunate to work in an era when technology allows for permit submittals to be made online, meetings to be held virtually and reviews to be completed digitally. Together, all of those functions made it possible for CSS, Inc. to provide Clients the level of service they expect.

Looking back on this year, CSS, Inc. was able to be a part of some incredible projects that we would like to highlight as a company. Check out our Portfolio to see some of the most recent projects.

As 2020 comes to a close, we find it refreshing to see a new year on the horizon and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.  We trust in the new year, you will reach out to us and let us know how we can be of service.  We look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
